Microwave Plasma Spheroidization Equipment (MPS)
Irregular metal powder or ceramic powder is fed into high-temperature microwave plasma using a powder feeder, and the surface of the powder is remelted at a high temperature above 2000°C in the center, and then solidified and cooled into powder with high sphericity, or the surface of the micro-melted powder is coated with nanoscale reinforced particles.

The centrifugal force generated by mechanical rotation is used to throw the metal melt out of the high-speed rotating container, disperse it into fine droplets, and then cool and solidify into fine powder.

Ultrasonic Atomization Equipment (UA) with Induction Melting
The metal is melted by induction and poured onto a thin metal sheet. Under the action of ultrasonic waves, the metal liquid vibrates at ultrasonic frequency. The vibration causes the molten metal formed on the metal sheet to vibrate and separate into metal droplets, which are then cooled into small particles.

Vacuum induction melting equipment
The equipment uses medium-frequency induction heating to smelt and synthesize the alloy elements in the crucible under vacuum or inert gas protection conditions. After meeting the technical requirements, the molten metal liquid is poured into the prefabricated mold through a tilting mechanism to prepare alloy ingots or castings. It is suitable for the preparation of nickel-based alloys, iron-based alloys, copper-based alloys and other materials.
